I have been training with Anders from Ironside Fitness since January 2018. THE Covid-19 pandemic presented many challenges to maintaining a physically active and healthy lifestyle. Fitness options were limited and to be honest, the pandemic was a great excuse not to do anything. Fortunately, Anders designed a personal ZOOM training program for me that includes agility, stamina, cardio and toning. Every workout is well thought through and professionally executed. Previously I was training 2 days a week and with the option of training online, I now train 4 days a week! Thanks Anders, for keeping me active while at home during this pandemic and providing this online training as an option. You are the best!
